Jason Bruce Martineau Beloved son, brother, father, friend Jason Bruce Martineau passed away September 9, 2015 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Jason was born October 8, 1970 in Alameda, California, the son of Bruce Martineau and Debra Cary. He spent his formative years in California and moved to West Bountiful, Utah when he was seven where he graduated from Viewmont High School in 1988. He married Michelle Sokol on June 29, 1996 in Lake Tahoe, NV. They are the parents of two children, Tiffany and Trevor. Jason and Michelle later divorced. Jason was a loving husband and father and enjoyed trips to Dinosaur Park, going camping, swimming, biking, and hiking as a family. Jason was blessed with artistic talent and produced many beautiful drawings and carved walking sticks. He was a gifted mechanic and took pride in maintaining his cars himself. He was employed in such companies as Albertson's, Aquatic Marketing, and ASC Building Products. Known for his amazing work ethic, Jason could work circles around anyone. He is survived by his children, Trevor and Tiffany Martineau; their mother, Michelle; his parents, Bruce Martineau (Debra), and Debra Larsen (Richard); his siblings, Tamra Martineau (Amy), Elise Michini (Albert), and Christian Larsen; and his nieces, Nirvana, Caitlyn and Alison.
